Smudging is a an ancient Native American ceremony or ritual using plants to clear, cleanse & heal one's space, objects, or ones self. It can remove past trauma, stagnant energy from a space, cleanse or empower certain objects & lift one's spirit. It is said to even clear the air of bacteria since many types of plants including white sage have antimicrobial properties and neutralize positive ions such as pollution, dust, pet dander & more.

Our Sage Bundles are handmade, each is made to order and Reiki charged specifically for the intentions mentioned above. Yours may not be the exact bundle shown in the photo.

INSTRUCTIONS: You will receive ONE Smudge Bundle.

Carefully remove the mini flower/feather bundle from the white sage by clipping the thin hemp string. Be careful not to clip the string holding the white sage itself together. Keep the mini dried flower/feather bundle as a keepsake, mediation tool, or as a pretty display reminding you of the intentions contained within.

Burn Sage in a well-ventilated area. Do not leave burning unattended. Keep away from animals, children and flammable material. Open windows and doors to allow stagnant energy a way of escaping to the universe to be transformed back into pure positive light.

Focus on your intention & say the affirmation that is included, or create your own blessing prior to lighting. Hold your white sage at one end while pointing downward at a 45-degree angle, bring a flame to the downward pointed tip and rotate the the stick to light different parts of the sage. Once the stick has caught fire gently fan it with your hand or a large feather to blow out the fire. Fan the sage to develop a nice even ember.

Place the smoking sage in a non-flammable bowl to catch the ashes and embers. You can also hold your sage but use caution to be sure the embers to not touch you or drop to other things in your home. You can walk through each room in your home allowing the smoke to clear the energy. You may also sage yourself, things, intentions, cars, boats, situations, work desk and anything else that needs energetic clearing & healing. Allow the scent of white sage to fill your space, clear & banish any stagnant energy, offer protection, light & healing.
